How can people get my blog by e-mail each time I post?

Some of my readers requested to subscribe to my blog but I don’t know how I can put on this feature. Can you please help me?
Ideally, people would subscribe with their e-mails and would get noticed automatically. Is that possible? Thank you in advance for your prompt answer!

Hi there. There is a widget called “Follow Blog” that you can add to your sidebar. This will allow WordPress.com users to subscribe to your blog in their Reader, and any visitor can also enter an email address to receive notifications of your new posts. You can learn more about it here:
