How can people sign up to have notification of my posts sent to them via email?

At one time there was an icon on my blog site that allowed people to request that when I posted, they would be notified via email. That is no longer there and I have had people request this option. Please tell me if this option is still available, and if so, how I can make it happen again. Thank you.
