How can people who are not members of WordPress subscribe to my blog

  I want to provide a link to my readers outside of word press to be able to subscribe to my blog and receive email updates when I post. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It sure is!

  You can use the Follow Blog widget, and optionally also enable the follow functionality from Dashboard > WP Admin > Settings > Reading. Direct link is here.
