How can put a widget in the sidebar

  Hello I want to put the recent posts widget in the sidebar but I don’t have that option. I only have footer one, footer two, footer three! What should I do?
  And how can I have the titles of the posts in the widget move instead of being static?

  Some themes do not contain a Sidebar area.

  You can switch to a theme that contains Sidebar

  What do you mean by move ?
  Do you mean a widget that always show the latest posts ?
  If yes, you can add the Recent Posts widget like in this screenshot.
