How can retrieve my old WordPress site?

  Hello,

  I had an old account but i forgot the password and I couldn’t reset the old password because I couldn’t access to my gmail for some reason. So I had to create a new WordPress account so that I could contact you directly. Is there anyway to access to my old free domain? the website’s name was thinkglobalfundlocal.com

  Since that site had a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.

  Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

  View Your Billing History

  and then send it to us through this form:
