How can the Archive section appear only on Blog page?

  With my Forever template I would like the “Archive” that keeps showing up on my homepage sidebar to only show up on my “Blog” page which has been selected as the posts page. How can I do this? I need the homepage to be clean and simple. I deleted all Widgets on the Appearance section. Thank you.

  Hi there!

  The easiest way to set this up is through the following two steps:

  1. Create a separate page that you want to use as your home page. You can include any information you may want along with a photo if you would like. This will be the first page of your site. If you would like, you can make this page full width by changing the template on the right-hand side of the “Edit Page” screen.

  2. Navigate to Settings -> Reading. Set the Front page to the page you just created. Leave the blog page as the page titled “Blog”

  You should be all set! The front page should not display the featured post slider. That will only display on the blog page.
