How can Tweaky access my website if you don't allow FTP?
-
Tweaky needs the FTP to my website to add a pre-designed banner to replace my present header. I see that you do not allow the use of FTP to access a blog site and I need to know how they can on my site to install the new banner.

Hi there, Tweaky would normally add a new banner by logging into your site and going to Appearance > Header to upload the new graphic.
However, your current theme, Quentin, is an old retired one that doesn’t support custom headers. If you’d like to use a custom banner, I suggest choosing a new theme that supports that feature. You may want to have a look at Quintus, the newer variation that replaced Quentin:

Quintus supports a custom header, and either you or Tweaky will be able to easily log in and upload it.

Hello, and thanks for the helpful info! I will make the change if all goes well.
All the best,
Fred
