How can user edit themes

  Is there a way that user can edit the theme template ..
  suppose some one wants to add google adsense code the theme he is using … as a registered user how can he do it ..

  moreover how can a user have a user control panel
  plugins required if any

  Users cannot at this time use adsense although they may be able to in the near future as a paid upgrade. To see the previous discussions, type “adsense” into the forum search box.

  [edit: to change colors or the appearance of a theme, you can buy the CSS upgrade, but this requires knowledge of CSS and is not for the novice.]
