How can we add a Free account in Google console?

  Hello…
  I recently (2 weeks ago) started my Website Which is an Free Website as I didn’t buy an Domain.So I thought of Adding My site in Google search.So I opened Google search console But when I went to my site paste HTML I found that We can’t add the site in Google in Free account….I felt bad and stop’d adding new posts on Blog…..The thing is in Free account we cannot add Google search console…. Presently I can’t afford money For the Blog…so can you help me how to add Google search Console to a Blog? Please….
