  Hi there,

  I see that you were able to refund the Business Plan a while ago but you did not receive a full refund. There was a glitch in our system that prevented the full refund, but I have processed the remaining $18 to be sent you way. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  Also, auto renew has been deactivated, so you should no longer get automatically charged under your account.

  Thank you, But in our billing statement you were deducted 299 USD. But you said you already Processed our refund?

  Hi there,

  Yes, a refund was processed back on 6/15, the day after the upgrade was purchased. However, $18 of that amount was never refunded due to a glitch. So, you should’ve received $281 many weeks ago and you will receive the $18 within the next 7-10 days.
