That shows you are in the HTML editor. Switch over to the Visual editor and you should see the regular toolbar.

OK, I’ll admit it I’m the newby. But I checked the link on this thread and I don’t see the answer. I’m working on this post:

In the visual editor, font color can be changed via the font color icon on the lower tool bar. If you only see one row of icons, click on the icon at the far right end (kitchen sink) and the second row will appear.
Text formatting such as bold, italic and strikethrough are on the top row of icons and text underlining is on the bottom row.
Font sizes and font-family typically have to be changed by switching to the HTML editor and entering the appropriate HTML code. The formatting pulldown at the left end of the lower tool bar has a few selections for size, but they are for “header” text.

but it doesn’t have an option for changing font
in English it doesn’t matter
but I want to type in Farsi and it doesn’t have a good feature with default font :( -

You can set the language for your blog:
Settings > General Settings > Language—select from drop down menu > Save chages. -
