How can we change the tags url?

Hi,
I would like to edit the tag url’s, actually i want the tags to be linked to my website or my blog page i.e. blog.sosonlinebackup.com/tag. But currently it is rooted to en.wordpress.com/tag. can anyone guide me on this..Thanks.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s not possible. WordPress.com tags cannot be altered to direct to your website. They way tags operate on wordpress.com free hosted blogs is described here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/global-tags/ WordPress.com blogs are a part of the wordpress.com community. Websites that are hosted by any web host other than wordpress.com are not.
