How can we find out what accounts have admin right

  I am one of the members of the nonprofit Bakersfield Track Club. We have had some board member turnover and I wanted to find out what email(s) are tied to the Amin right of our web press account we have several people who have basic access but we don’t seem to know who has admin rights it may be a past president or board member. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
