How can we get a refund?
-
We had subscribed to Premium about 3 months ago, and it is only recently that we were informed that the Website that was designed for us could not be imported to wordpress.com. So we had to sign up with GoDaddy instead, and never actually used wordpress.com Premium.
In all fairness, under the circumstances, we believe we are entitled to a refund, although we’re past the 30-day limit, considering 1) we never actually used the service, and 2) we spent a lot of times trying to resolve an issue that originated form wordpress.com specifics.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
