How can we have followers sign-in to see pages on the site beyond the home page

  We’re a club and would like to have a directory on the blog, but for privacy reasons would like people to have to sign in to be able to access that page. Is there a way to create a log-in or sign-in ???

  Not specifically, but you could password-protect the page following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/
