How can we make WP update? It just does not work. We are in Firefox 19.0. on MAC

Your overnight changes 1) prevent embeding/sharing/pasting URL (all options) our own YouTube videos 2) we simply cannot edit ….no updating ….just pre-lod symbol. YES we have cleared cache. VERY FRUSTRATED. We are old hat at this.
