How can we resolve today my "home" page and site not functioning correctly?

Hi, I am dissatisfied with the (dys)functioning of my blog site since I upgraded to the Pro bundle yesterday. (I have also invested in the Premium Theme). My homepage is no longer working on my blog and on various computers my (customized) header is no longer showing up at all. I have confirmed this through 3 different computers and locations. I do not know what is causing this malfunction and it needs to come to a resolution today so that I have time to cancel before my 48 hour opportunity expires if this cannot be fixed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thank you!

Your website appears to be displaying properly for me. Could you take a screenshot of how your blog appears and upload it to your Media Library?

I took a screenshot of what I get when I click on the homepage.
On this particular computer-a mac-(the computer I did all the setup with yesterday) the header appears correctly. On another mac it doesn’t show up, and on another pc it also doesn’t appear.
I seem to keep getting redirected to another address I had for my blog when I click on the homepage. I changed the address from cakeloon.wordpress.com to THEcakeloon.wordpress.com and then purchased the bundle/domain and registered my domain as thecakeloon.com . That is when these issues started.
I have the screenshot now, but how do I send it/attach it here for you to see?

I think I figured it out. :) This is what I get when I click on my “Home” Page. My “About” page seems to work, but then if I try to go to Home after I have gone there I will also get this.

Okay, right now thecakeloon.com is mapped to thecakeloon.wordpress.com, which is also the blog using Pretty Young Thing for the layout. Is this what you’d like?
In your Appearance -> Header page, it looks like your custom header had been removed. I’ve just re-enabled it for you. Can you let me know if this is displaying properly for you now?
You can also upload the screenshot via your Dashboard -> Media Library by clicking on Add New. If you have trouble, you can also email it to us.

Ok, thank you. Yes, it now appears the header is back up!
I do want thecakeloon.com to be mapped to thecakeloon.wordpress.com.
I am still receiving the “Just another WordPress.com site –not found-Sorry, you are looking for something that isn’t there” message when I click on “Home” though, and it sends me to cakeloon.wordpress.com (without the THE in the address) which I am not using.

It looks like you were visiting cakeloon.wordpress.com before, instead of thecakeloon.com. As long as you visit thecakeloon.com, you should be taken to the correct homepage.
