How can you change name of your blog

I started a new blog entitled Radio Demagogues. However, I don’t know why, the name of the blog at the top of the page is MY BLOG. Obviously, I don’t want to this title. I want RADIO DEMAGOGUES. I have looked at various dashboards and instructions from WP, but can find no way to change this title. Is it possible to do so? Thanks.

> Settings > General is where you can change your blog title and/or tagline at any time. Don’t forget to click “save changes” after you do. :) -

I used your advice and successfully changed the name of my new blog from MY BLOG to RADIO DEMAGOGUES. Thanks much for your help. Now, my new blog looks correct. One problem: When I go into to the MANAGE MY BLOGS (an admin) page, I still get this name for blog:
MY BLOG
Is it not possible to change this setting to RADIO DEMAGOGUES? For example, my other two blogs, MICKEY MURPHY and OLDIE GOLDIES, not only are named right on the web page but also in the manage my blogs listings.
Or maybe I am stuck forever with MY BLOG as the administrative name of this blog, do you think so? I really don’t care if visitors to my blog only see RADIO DEMAGOGUES. But I sure don’t want them to search for me on the Web or something and finding “MY BLOG.”

Okay. You are referring to what appears under the My Blogs drop down menu that only you can see, right? Well it will take time to update so I recommend waiting patiently for that to happen. :)
