How can you create a flag?

  I run a Eurovision blog ,and for that, I need to make flags but all i can find are flag counters. Is there anything that you can use to make flags? But as i’m only 13, your answer will have to be broken down. The flags aren’t supposed to have links.

  Flags as in country flags?

  Wikipedia should have some flags already done and in the common domain that you can use.

  I use Open Office and their Draw program when I need to make drawings – Open office is free but you might need some help to install in ( not very hard actually ) – and I find the Draw application easy to use for simple things
