How can you tell who has subscribed via "follow"?

When someone subscribes to my blog via email there is a list with their name and email. When someone subscribes using the follow tab is there a list that tells you who they are?
I have been contacted by a couple of people I have subscribed to by using the follow button, so they have a way of knowing. Yes? How can I know?

Blog administrators can see how many people are subscribed to their blog from the Site Stats page: Clicking on the active number will show you the users who have subscribed with our Subscription feature in the admin bar. Clicking on “Email Subscribers” from this page will show the email addresses of all email subscribers, along with a link to download this as CSV.
