Okay here we go:
(1) image in a text widget
http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/12/24/using-the-text-widget/
http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/18/put-an-image-in-your-sidebar/(2) adsense and other advertising is not allowed on wordpress.com blogs with the exception of only a single discreet affiliate link http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/
(3) if you do intend to have a commercial blog then your best bet is to hire a webhost and have him or her download a free blog template from http://wordpress.org – more information can be found here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=3700&page&replies=1

Better not be asking about Google adverts. I’m sure you’ve read the sticky at teh head of teh forums, right? (That’s a hint)

Hello sweetgirls http://sweetgirls.wordpress.com
You have posted a commercial image link in your sidebar that is clearly not allowed on a wordpress.com blog -

and may i put google ads???
NO. Please read my post above and the Moderator’s post as well. Click the FAQ link and read what is stated there.
Adsense and other Ads
Adsense, Yahoo, Chitika and other ads are not permitted to be added by users. Adverts that may be inserted when using an external blogging program will be blocked.
Sponsored / paid posts including PayPerPost and ReviewMe are not permitted.
A discrete link to your business or a site you are associated with in the sidebar or an About page is permitted.
A discrete link to Amazon or similar in the context of a post is okay, but if the primary purpose of the blog is to drive traffic to affiliate programs that’s not allowed. If you’re not sure, contact support.
Clicktrackers and any promotion of the “I made a million on the internet and so can you” type of advertising are expressly forbidden.
We have a very low tolerance for blogs created purely for search engine optimization or commercial purposes, machine-generated blogs, and will continue to nuke them, so if that’s what you’re interested in WordPress.com is not for you. Please see (3) in my post above.
