how change syntax highlighter theme on wordpress.com for posting code?

hi support, i’ve created my blog on wordpress.com, and i frequently post python code, i’ve read http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/ , is it possible to change the background color( the theme) just like what i could do if i install syntax highlighter plugin on my self hosted wordpress site?
i didn’t find where i can change the theme for the highlighter in my dashboard. thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
