how change who pays for renewal

  I am taking over admin of a blog and need to make it so I get billed for the renewal instead of the original admin owner. I have read all the notes on that and don’t see how to do it. I do not have a payment method option for my user and I have no billing history.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that all blogs have a single owner and it is the person with the username account that registered the blog. The blog owner can demote other users and even transfer a blog to another username account.
