How come dial up reader can't access my blog? Is this a serious issue?

Reader with dial up has trouble accessing my blog since ads started.
    She sent me the following
“I tried getting onto your blog at work yesterday, which uses Explorer, with a high-speed connection. I see now what the weird banner is that my home computer seems to choke on – it’s the advertising gif that starts at the top of your page when it first opens, and then migrates to the right side of the screen as your flower banner fades in to view. It may be something about that gif that my computer reads as unsecure, illegal, bogus, immoral, fattening – ?? I don’t know what, but not dial-up friendly, apparently. I don’t remember the “dancing ad” being there last month – is that what changed? Anyway, your blog does work fine on high-speed.”

To support the service (and keep free features free), we do sometimes run advertisements. We try hard to make the ads discreet and effective and only run them in limited places. If you would like to completely eliminate ads from appearing on your blog, we offer the No-Ads Upgrade.

Could you ask her to contact us direct through this page?

    Thank you.

The reader who brought the problem to my attention said the problem only occurred since starting to run WordAds on my blog.

I see. Please ask her to contact us so we can do more troubleshooting to figure out what’s wrong.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
