How come I am unable to view my own free-hosted blog site?

  How come I am unable to view my free-hosted site while others can and even after after I have cleared the cache and cookies?
  Everytime I type in – yourhappycamper.wordpress.com – it comes back as Webpage Is Not Available while other blogger friends can view it.
  What’s more weird, I am also unable to view or open blog sites w/ ending wordpress.com (eg. joytotheworld.wordpress.com) and so on. First time this ever happend to me after being w/ WP for almost a year now. Pls HELP?!

  Is this a new situation for you, or has this been happening for a while? Is this in a single location, such as at an office or school, or is it happening to you in multiple places? Is it possible that a security setting or firewall is blocking your access to WordPress.com?

  Hi there. Thank you for your reply.
  This is the first time this kind of concern happend to me. I am at an internet cafe right now and I have found out I can access and view my sight from a third party computer. Meaning, my issue with WP is isolated and only happening at home.
  Maybe there is a security or firewall issue with my laptop at home in which I have not touched anything before. I have only cleared its cache and cookies that’s all to no avail.
  would you have any suggestions how i can restore back my access to WP from my laptop. Do you know any steps on how I can manage troubleshooting my security features?

  I am coming from the Philippines here in Asia…
  Thank you and would appreciate any help you can further provide.

  I would first try temporarily disabling any security software or firewall on your computer to see if that helps, as well as review the basic browser troubleshooting tips here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ .

  If you are unable to resolve your issue, please let me know what happens when you go to the following links:
  
  http://s0.wp.com
  http://s1.wp.com
  http://s2.wp.com

  These are “empty” pages but you should be able to connect to them. If you can’t, let me know the exact error you receive, and please post the results of a traceroute, as explained here:

  It looks like this could be an issue with your ISP.

  Could you please let me know what your public IP address is? You can try http://whatismyip.akamai.com/

  If you contact your ISP and receive any information about this issue from them, please forward it via email with my name in the subject line.
