How come I can not renew my domain page from my account?

  I am unable to get to the renew page. It keeps freezing and I cant get to the next window.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I just checked and you purchased the domain from GoDaddy and it has to be renewed there not here.

  Yes-just got off the phone with GoDaddy-I am good until 2017.

  The upgrades on the site futuremothersmag.wordpress.com are owned under a different user account. In order to renew those upgrades, you will need to login under that account. Once you’re logged in under the other account, you can renew the upgrades here:
