How come I cannot install the WordPress theme I purchased from 'Themeforest'?

  Hello. I recently purchased a theme from http://themeforest.net/item/photolux-photography-portfolio-wordpress-theme/894193 however I cannot seem to upload it to my wordpress blog.

  I have tried connected via Filezilla to install but it says: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server”.

  I do not have a pro account is this the Issue? Any help ASAP would be great!

  You also can’t use Filezilla at WordPress.com
