How come I can't have my sharing widgest at the bottom of my post?

  Hello. I have 2 blogs.I thought I set them up the same, but my English blog won’t show the sharing widgets like Facebook, Pinterest. And when I want to Publicize, it says that I’m not allowed. I didn’t have that problem with my French blog. What do I have to do to be able to have the widgets at teh bottom of my post?
