How come I can't log in with my other account?

  I have another account associated with the email address at (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my authenticators’ codes are not working. I have to use this account just so I can get support. I have a list of 10 backup codes that are not working either. How come?

  I’m having trouble logging in with the account associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff) so therefore I’m using this account to contact you all in the support forums. The problem is is that I can’t log in because the google authenticator on my phone is supplying codes that don’t work. I also have 10 backup codes that I copied a while back that don’t work as well. How come?
