How come my CSS upgrade isn’t allowing me to use it?

It’s a crazy day today! First, I can’t get links on my blogs and secondly, I can’t get my CSS upgrade to work!
Someone plz help me! I’m gonna be late for girl’s soccer if no one helps!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
