how come my photo doesn't remain on my blog?

when I upload a photo from my computer, it doesn’t remain on my posts – I click on the button for saving the iomage to the post, and it’s there, but the next time I go in, it’s gone. What gives????

Hi,
After you upload the picture, and click on “Insert into post”, the picture should show up in your post. Make sure you click on “Publish” or “Save” to make sure all changes are saved to the post. If you leave the page before clicking on “Publish” or “Save”, the picture will have appeared only as a preview but does not get saved, much like typing in text without saving.

thank you guys – I will try your suggestions – I think it was a matter of not saving it because, yah, it would appear on the screen but not remain for the next time.
