  How come my search box is not displaying proper results?

  So let me get this straight please. Rather than requesting assistance with understanding the omnisearch function http://en.support.wordpress.com/omnisearch/ and/or with the WordPress.com search function

  The WordPress.com search engine indexes post, pages, and comments content (body text). Unless entered as text in those contents, blog name, post titles, and post/comment author names are not indexed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpresscom-search/

  and/or using Google Search you published a rant and then posted here to promote the rant. Is that what’s happening here?

  Hi there! Omnisearch works a little differently than the search on the front-end. It searches posts, pages, media, comments and feedback while the front-end search only includes only the body text of posts, pages and comments. Please see our support pages for more on that distinction:
