HOW COME OTHER PEOPLE CAN NOT ACCESS A PRIVATE WEBSITE?
-
I purchased UNLIMITED PRIVATE USERS. How come people can not access this website? Is there something I have to do? I have it to a PARENT WEBSITE ,to another website, does it matter?

Can you access these websites? I can access them, because I created them. What do I have to do for people to be able to access them?

Once you make the site private via Settings -> Privacy in your blog’s Dashboard, the intended viewers will still need to have their WordPress.com usernames added to a list of allowed viewers on the same page, otherwise it wouldn’t be much of a private site.

You mean people have to have a WordPress blog in order to access the website?
What if I am selling something on my site, how do I make it viewed by people who buy it?
Thanks,

They’ll need to have a WordPress.com account in order to be added to the list of approved viewers, otherwise there’s no way to keep track of who can and cannot view your site.

Thanks for the info, but how do people, who do not have a WordPress account and bought something from your account, access a website with your digital downloads on it?

On a WordPress.com blog, they’ll need to have a WordPress.com account.
If you require this feature, you might want to try a self-hosted WordPress.org blog.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.
