How comes I can not register a paid domain?

I can come any further with registering my blog, it keeps taking back to register blog site for over three days now. I want to pay for a domain.

Can you walk me through how you’re trying to register your domain?
To register a custom domain through WordPress, you can go to your Dashboard > Store > Domains and type in the URL (without the http://www.) in the text box next to “Add domain to blog.”
At what point in this process do you come across this error?
