  how to contact, or email an admin of a blog who created a blog in 2006 and never never use it. but the name of the blog is the same of mine and i want to ask her if i can obtain her blog.

  If there’s no contact form of any kind on the front page, find their About page and leave a comment.

  Usually it’s just whatever.wordpress.com/about
