How could I know if the money had already refund?

    Hi ! I contacted with you on 4th April, asked to refund USD$318
    customer service did help me to refund, but I just checked with my credit card company, he mentioned that did not receive any refund information.
    Could I know if when will money refund to my credit card?

    Hi there!

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead. Since you have canceled your subscriptions the same day they were purchased, this was probably the case here. So, instead of looking for a refund, check if the original charge is still there.
