How could I make only certain words in titles appear in italics?

    Hello.
    Is there any way to write certain words in a post’s title in italics? Generally, titles of works should be written in italics and I feel bad every time I write a post which contains a book’s title. So, for example, in my latest post how could I possibly make the words ” On Writing” to appear in italics?
    The theme I am using is Choco, by the way.
