Hello there! Thanks for your note.
Our records show that proxpert.org expired 46 days ago on November 20, 2014.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order.
You can learn more about domain expiration here:
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.
A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
I have emailed you a manual billing request to complete if you’re hoping to regain your domain.
The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process.
If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely.
Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

Hello there!
I sent you a manual billing request via email a couple days ago.
I just resent it. It will go to the email address that’s listed as your notification email in your Personal Settings.
Thank you!

Hey there!
I can only send the email to the administrative email associated with your account. The one you’ve given me below is not the email address you have on file. To view the email you have set as your notification email, please visit:
https://aliceworkshop.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settingsScroll down to Account Settings. You will see the email address affiliated with your WordPress.com account there.
You can either access the emails I’ve already sent at that address listed, or you can change your contact information, then let me know and I’ll resend to the new/updated email address for your account.
Many thanks.

Of course that address doesn’t work as it was on the domain you cancelled!
I change the address now, please send me the information again.
I really want to solve this problem but if it is not possible I am forced to find other provider… -
Thank you for updating your contact information. I’ve resent the billing request.
Take care!
