How Could Persons Subscribe to My RSS Feed?

Hello. I have been lost as to the matter of installing an RSS FEED in my blog, so my readers may subscribe to my updates. I subscribe to other people’s blogs by clicking on their attractive RSS icons which I also would like to incorporate in mine. Can anybody tell me the steps, if that would be possible for my blog? The site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog, and we won’t be able to help you with that. Associated Content content, by the way, is banned at WordPress.com.

Sorry raincoaster but your answer doesn’t make sense. latmario is asking how can someone subscribe to his RSS Feed? I don’t know the answer to this either.

My answer makes sense: We don’t answer questions not related to WP.com blogs. The blog he’s linked to isn’t one. And if he does have one he’s not telling us about, it will get suspended if he’s using Associated Content, which is the site linked to his name.
Now, if you want people to subscribe to your RSS feed, you have to have it In your sidebar, as aletorro does. Then they click on it. Simple.

I’m having the same problem with one. http://shapeshifterromance.wordpress.com. I cna’t figure out how to get the little orange icon to display. I have RSS in the widget section, (Which I don’t understand how that has anything to do with it, because that looks like it subscribes to other’s stuff, then displays it on your bar).

There are two blogs I would like to add it to: lx2kd.wordpress.com and dorreke.wordpress.com. The themes are Kubrick and Shocking Blue Green respectively.

Put me down as another person who is trying to figure out how to get that “subscribe to my blog” RSS thing in the sidebar. It doesn’t seem to be a widget, an option, I can’t find anything relevant. okay so here’s how:
add a text widget
copy the following code:
<img src=”http://faq.files.wordpress.com/2006/11/a28.png” />Where it says “yourblog” write your address in my case is aletorro.wordpress.com.
where it says img src I added that link: faq.files.wordpress.com/2006/11/a28.png to get that size and color of RSS button on my blog. you can see more sizes and colors (and instructions on how to add an RSS feed to your blog in case mine weren’t clear) here:

You can also put the RSS widget in your sidebar and put your own feed into it. There are occasional reports that this doesn’t work (perhaps theme related), but I’ve found it to be the simplest way to do things.
Also, many themes have the orange feed button built in.
@ aletorro, no worries. I’m used to repeating myself and explaining myself; if I weren’t, this would be the wrong place for me!

Not sure what you are doing wrong, however, your feed is already displayed on your blog.

I am trying to put up an RSS feed for other people to subscribe to my blog but the best I seem to be able to get is a widget which shows a summation of previous posts. I’m new at this blogging thing and seem to need help.
