How create a wordpress installer which includes some plugins?

  Hi,

  I met a little problem. Someone ask me a favour to create an installer which includes pre-installed and pre-configured plugins : there is a list of plugins (Contact Form 7, Donate, etc.)

  How to do that ? How can I start ?
