How di I change the picture WordPress chooses when it auto posts on Facebook?

WordPress is picking random pictures when it posts my blog on my Facebook and they are completely random and don’t represent the post. I would like to pick the picture myself (from the blog post). How do I do that?

Unfortunately that is not possible. The wordpress software tries to tell Facebook which pictures are most relevant, but in the end algorithms at Facebook itself determines which images are picked.
