How did I lose ownership?

Over the last 3 days or so, something caused one of my staff to be listed as the owner of my site. I was the owner up until then. She didn’t change anything and now I can’t get access to my site via WordPress.com or anything. The site shows in my profile, but I can’t access any stats or anything.

Actually, the site is trekfederation.com. It isn’t hosted on WordPress, but for some reason when I try to ship using WooCommerce Shipping, the plugin sends me to WordPress.com to enter a credit card…which I have a number of times, but no success.

That website is built using WordPress software, but it’s not hosted here on our servers at WordPress.com.
