How did someone embed a video to my blog?

  I just checked my blog this morning and to my amazement, there’s an Audi spot embedded on it! I have absolutely no idea how it got there, nor can I figure out how to remove it.
  It’s not that I find it offensive (it’s a good spot), it’s just that I didn’t post it and I haven’t been paid for its presence on my blog.
  Can anyone help me figure this out??
