How do a submit a request for a refund?

I am trying to request a refund for an upgrade that was charged to my paypal account today or yesterday. I do not have the option of a “cancel” button on my “My Upgrades” page. How do I submit information for a refund? Support keeps redirecting me back to this page in an endless loop. HELP! I no longer use this blog, so I don’t need the 10GB upgrade and I don’t want to waste $20.

Hi, I went ahead and canceled and refunded both space upgrades you had with us, for a total of $40. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your refund to post.
