How do add a different widget?

    How do you add a different widget from the available widgets section in your sidebar??????????????????????

    You can use the Text widget to put in text with some HTML tags.

    This is how many buttons, pictures, and widgets from outside sources are put in on a blogs side bar.

    ansfarooq, your name is not linked to your wordpress.com blog. Without a link, we don’t know if dlager’s answer is correct or not. Please provide a link to your blog.

    Also, have you tried searching the forums and the FAQ? dlager’s answer is not exactly accurate; there are some widgets you cannot add if you are hosted here at wordpress.com; you can find the ones you can and can’t use with the search button at the top of the page.
