How do Authors vs. Administrators create content?

  How do Authors create content? Since I am an Administrator, I want to be sure what I tell them is correct.

  Hi there,

  The process, once they get into the dashboard, would be the same as your process. If they are new to WordPress, once they have their account and have been added as authors to your blog, the easiest way for them to sign in is to go to the main WordPress.com page at http://wordpress.com/. Once signed in, they can hover over their gravatar in the right end of the blue bar and select your blog name and it will take them to the dashboard of your site. They can add new posts or edit their existing posts.
