How do back up my website?

    I need to back up my website (as suggested due to me before changing my site theme). The advice is bewildering! I am on Premium Plan. Apparently, according to my Plug-in options on my dashboard, a plug-in called Jetpack is already installed and this is a back up facility, but there is no evidence of it on my laptop and I have no idea how to use it! Do I need to install a plug-in such as ‘All-in-One WP Migration’ to back up my website? I have visited WP support page and tried to follow the advice there but its like another language and I get no where when I try to follow the instructions. I contacted them also, but no reply as yet.
    Please can somebody offer advice on how to back up my website – in plain English to a beginner PLEASE!

    Hello Colette, to back up all of the WordPress website data, we use the Export option.
