how do create a develop site?

  Im consulting with a low income editorial bussiness in argentina, they have a free option in your company. The theme does not appears as an option for me to install it. I wanna create a develop site where I can do my work. any clue? manythanks in advance

  Hi there! Just to check, are you asking about using a custom theme on your free WordPress.com site with the address http://editorialkuruf.wordpress.com/ ?

  The reason that I ask is that for sites hosted here with us on WordPress.com, you would want the Business plan in order to let you use custom themes and plugins on a site. The Business plan also rolls in other features such as backup, SFTP, and offers Live Chat support 24/7!

  What sort of developer site were you thinking of? If you wish to continue using a free site here on WordPress.com, you can absolutely add a second site to this account and keep it as a free site:
