How do disconnect twitter and facebook

  I use the same email id to log in to wordpress that I have used for twitter and Facebook. I tried to check my friends who are on WordPress. Glad that none of them are on-board. But, now my WordPress account says Twitter and Facebook are connected to it.
  I don’t want them to be suggested as a friend’s blog to be followed if they join, or find my blog using the email id. Please help me delink FB and Twitter; And, also how to change settings that now one finds my blog using my email ID . Reply asap.
