how do fix your web page when it crashes and displays code

    I have another wordpress account and I uploaded a wordpress theme I brought for it, but when I uploaded the theme to my wordpress , the web page looks like it has crashed or missing files and all you see is error messages and coding (no template design). How do you fix this problem and choose a theme.

    Hi there,

    We do not allow users to upload themes to WordPress.com, so my suspicion is that you’re actually referring to a site hosted elsewhere and running the software available at WordPress.org.

    Although we cannot provide direct support for self-hosted sites, it sounds like your theme folder is missing files. I would recommend deleting the theme files (via your CPanel access or FTP) and then downloading the entire theme again and uploading it to your site.
